The staff were helpful and know their duties. Big and well-appointed room with bath was enjoyable. - the location was stunning and absolutely perfect, just next door to the church nearby, Poprad and Slovensky Raj and center of the village.

Really nice experience there. A stunningly beautiful hotel with well-appointed rooms. Stunning central location and helpful and friendly staff. Also - near centre of village and nice pub-pizzeria walking distance and Columbus pizzeria in 100m.

Absolutely loved having climate control, a fridge, and an electric kettle in the room. the bathtubs in the nice bathroom were super awesome. - the staff was very, very nice and affable. - the location was particularly good and marvelous, just a 10-15 minute walk from kubasok ski center. - It only took us 25 minutes to drive from the airport to this incredibly beautiful accommodation.

The hotel was beautiful and I greatly enjoyed the streets of Spisske Bystre. Everyone was very nice and affable. - This was my 2nd stay, they offered a double room with 6 single beds.
